When will I receive my boutique order?

Boutique orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days.

Once your boutique order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. You can then find your tracking number in your customer account and in the confirmation email. Allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for your box to arrive in your mailbox (excluding potential delays due to strikes or other issues).

If you see in your customer account that your boutique order has been shipped but you still haven’t received it (within 7 business days), please check the status of your package using your tracking number. Sometimes, postal services experience delays, but all packages eventually make it to their destination!
