I didn’t received my box, but the tracking info is “Delivered”

If, despite the tracking information available on the official postal service website, you have not received your box: we first invite you to file a claim with your postal service (which can be done online) in order to obtain a signed and stamped certificate confirming that the parcel in question was not delivered by the postal carrier (lost or stolen parcel), despite being marked as delivered on the postal service’s website. The certificate must state that the postal service confirms the parcel is lost or stolen, notwithstanding the information shown on their website.
