When your friend places an order, you will need to wait 14 days after your friend’s order has been shipped before receiving your €5 credit. This credit is added to your customer account, but does not take the form of a promo code.
There are 2 possible cases for using this credit once earned:
You are a monthly box subscriber: If you do not place an e-shop order before your box renewal, your next monthly payment will be deducted from your referral credit. If you place an e-shop order before the renewal, the credits will be applied to the e-shop order. In any case, the referral credit will be automatically used so that you can enjoy your benefit.
You are not a monthly box subscriber: Your referral credit will be automatically applied to a future e-shop order, monthly subscription, or 3/6/12-month box plan.
