How to use a gift card?

Have you received a gift card and would like to use it? Simply select your desired product on our website (subscription or e-shop item) and enter the code provided on your gift card, received either by email or directly from a friend.

You can enter this code in the dedicated field in your shopping cart, or at the next step during checkout.

The discount will then be automatically applied.

Your gift card can be used in multiple transactions: if you do not use the full balance in one order, you can use the remaining amount for a future purchase.

You can check your remaining balance in your customer account under “My Gift Card”.

In the event of a product return for an order paid with a gift card, any refund will be credited back to the gift card. Refunds issued via gift card cannot be transferred to a bank account.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
