Subscription Status (3, 6, 12-month plans)
When the final renewal of your subscription plan is processed, the status of your 3, 6, or 12-month subscription automatically switches to “Cancellation in progress.” This is completely normal, and you will still receive your final box.
Example for a 3-month subscription started in June:
- Initial subscription with a €77 payment → Status “Active”, first box shipped in early July
- July renewal → No payment required, status remains “Active”, second box shipped in early August
- August renewal → No payment required, status “Cancellation in progress”, third box shipped in early September
You can check your order status at any time in your customer account. You will see that the last order linked to your subscription is marked as “In progress,” meaning it has been properly taken into account.
After delivery of your final box, you will receive a notification email confirming the end of your subscription. Your subscription status will then change to “Expired.”
