If you placed your order around the 1st or 3rd of the month, it is possible that your first box has not yet been shipped while your subscription renewal for the next box has already been processed. Shipping dates for each monthly box are indicated on our website homepage.
No need to worry—each payment corresponds to one box delivered to your mailbox.
If you have been charged twice in a row or within just a few days, this means you likely have multiple active subscriptions or plans. Please note that each order automatically creates a subscription, which can be canceled at any time. There is no need to place a new order every month.
In this case, we invite you to contact us via our contact form. A cancellation and refund will be processed if it is still possible.
