Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your box upon receipt, exchanges are not possible. However, you may return it for a refund (please contact us via the contact form to obtain the return address). Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the box.

Items must be intact, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the return (excluding shipping costs, with a €5 deduction).

You will find our return address on the top left of the pink envelope.

IMPORTANT: Please include the following information inside your parcel: reason for return, first name, last name, and email address. Returns must be sent with tracking in order to provide proof of shipment.

Please note: This applies only to the first box of a monthly subscription. Refunds are not available for subsequent boxes; however, cancellation remains possible at any time.
