Cancelation / Refund

We can only cancel and fully refund your order if it has not yet been prepared or shipped.

After Shipment of the Box

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the first box. Jewelry must be intact, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will then be issued excluding shipping fees, with a €5 deduction to cover the initial shipping costs of the first box.

For 3, 6, or 12-month plans, the customer commits to a fixed subscription period. A refund is only possible within 14 days of receiving the first box.

For the second box and all subsequent boxes, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
