Cancellation / Refund

Before the box is shipped:
We can cancel and fully refund your order only if it has not yet been prepared or shipped.

After the box is shipped:
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the first box. The jewelry must be intact, packaged, and unworn.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued with a €5 deduction for the shipping costs of the first box.

For 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions, the customer commits to a fixed period. A refund is possible up to 14 days after receiving the first box only.

For the second box and subsequent boxes, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
