If you wish to receive the current month’s box, simply subscribe before the last day of the month. After this date, your first box will be the following month’s.
Once your box has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then find your tracking number in your customer account and in the confirmation email. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days to receive your box in your letterbox (excluding any potential delays, strikes, etc.).
If you notice via your customer account that your box has been shipped but you have still not received it (within 7 business days), please check the parcel status using your tracking number. Sometimes delivery can take a little longer, but all parcels do eventually arrive safe and sound!
