Changing Your Box Color

Changing the box color is available for all our subscriptions (monthly boxes or 3/6/12-month plans*).
For plans subscribed before 08/06/2022, changes are not possible. Please see the end of this article for details.

How to change your color: it’s simple 

Go to your customer account > My Account > My Subscriptions. You will then be able to switch your box color by clicking on the “Change my box color” button.
Your subscription must be in “Active” status for this option to be available. In some cases, it may not be possible to change your subscription color.

The color change will always apply to your next renewal order, as indicated in the “Next payment / renewal” section.

Changing your box color does not affect your loyalty benefits (monthly subscription).

When is changing the color not possible?

Changing your box color is not possible in the following cases:

• Subscriptions paid via PayPal before 14/11/2022
  The previous PayPal system did not support subscription variant changes. Therefore, for subscriptions created before this date, color changes are not available. If you subscribed after this date, you can change your box color freely.
• 3/6/12-month plans subscribed before 08/06/2022
  Following customer feedback, we updated our prepaid plans on 08/06/2022 to allow color changes between deliveries. However, this new system is not compatible with older versions of plans purchased before this date.
