The shipping dates for this month’s box are displayed at the top of our website’s homepage. (Example: if you order between September 1st and 30th, the box will be shipped on October 1st.)
If you have placed an order and the shipping dates have passed, please check that you have received the shipping confirmation email for your box — your tracking number can be found there! You will then be able to track its postal delivery.
You can also find your order status and tracking number in your customer account, under your order details.
