The shipping dates for each monthly box are indicated at the top of our website homepage.
Example: if you place an order between September 1st and September 30th, your box will be shipped on October 1st.
If you have placed an order and the shipping dates have passed, please check that you have received your shipping confirmation email. Your tracking number is included in this email, allowing you to follow your parcel’s delivery.
You can also find your order status and tracking number in your customer account, under the order details section.
