How to unsubscribe?

If your subscription is displayed as “Unsubscribed,” this means you will no longer receive future boxes and you will not be charged again.

This status occurs when you cancel your subscription from your customer account, or in the event of a payment failure (expired bank card, transaction declined by your bank, insufficient funds, etc.). In case of a payment error, your subscription is automatically canceled to prevent further issues.
