If you placed your order around the 1st or 3rd of the month, it’s possible that your first box has not yet been shipped while your subscription renewal for the next box has already been processed. Shipping dates for each monthly box are indicated on our website homepage.
No need to worry—each charge corresponds to one box delivered to your mailbox.
If you have been charged twice in a row or within just a few days, this likely means you have multiple active subscriptions or plans. Please note that each order automatically starts a subscription, which can be canceled at any time. There is no need to place a new order every month.
In this case, we recommend contacting us via our contact form. We will proceed with a cancellation and refund if it is still possible.
Please note that if your box is already being prepared or has been shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
