To change the delivery address for your boxes, go to your customer account before the last day of the current month.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The change is immediately applied to your future deliveries, and to the current order if the change is made before the 30th or 31st of the month. If the box has already been shipped or is being prepared, the address change will not be taken into account for that order. Please make sure to update your address before the end of the month: shipments begin at the start of the month, and we cannot be held responsible for boxes shipped to old addresses or returned, if the change is made too late.
You can change your address from your customer account:
- in the My Orders section > current order > click the “Edit delivery address” button;
- in the My Subscriptions section > View > click on Change address (upcoming deliveries).
A change will update both the current order (already paid and ready to be shipped) and all subsequent ones.
You can edit all address details, except the country. If you need to change your country, you will need to cancel your current subscription and take out a new one corresponding to your new country.
Click the “Save address” button to confirm.
